If you’ve ever indulged in a chocolate truffle, been tempted by one of our decadent desserts or had one (or two, maybe three) of our deliciously light, flaky breakfast pastries, you will have already sampled Wolfgang’s work.

Born, raised and trained in Germany (and a bit of time in Switzerland for good measure), Wolfgang is our incredibly talented Pastry Chef who works alongside Executive Chef Chris Jackson and the Plates team.

At almost 81 years of age, Wolfgang has been at the Brisbane Riverview Hotel for well over five years and is the ultimate perfectionist when it comes to turning out the sweetest of treats for our guests.
