The North Sydney Harbourview Hotel is the ideal venue for your meeting, conference or special event.
We cater for special celebrations, birthday parties, christenings, reunions, Christmas parties, Melbourne Cup lunches, product launches, and all other corporate and private events.
Our function rooms can accommodate for a small meeting of two, up to a conference for 200 delegates. Our Lavender Bay Rooms, which overlook Sydney's magnificent harbour, are ideal for an intimate reception or private birthday function, while our Bradfield Rooms with an outdoor terrace area, offer a more contemporary style for larger gatherings. You could also choose LB's Harbourview Restaurant which features city and bridge views for an intimate lunch or dinner function.

Conference Day Package
$65.00 per person (based on minimum of 15 people)
Inclusions:
- Conference room hire from 08.00 - 17.00 hours
- Selection of daily newspapers on arrival, upon request
- Conference room set with note pads, pens, lollies and iced water
- One 6ft screen
- One whiteboard
- One flipchart
Food and Beverage:
- On arrival: freshly brewed coffee, specialty teas
and complimentary bowl of fruit
- Morning tea: choice of Danish pastries, Portuguese custard tarts, assorted friands, banana bread with butter and preserves, lamingtons, mini muffins, freshly baked scones with jam and whipped cream, mini ham and cheese croissants, vegetarian quiche and quiche Lorraine and toasted Turkish bread with assorted fillings served with freshly brewed coffee and specialty teas
- Lunch: Working lunch includes all Hot and Cold Buffets available in LB’s Restaurant.
- Afternoon tea: freshly brewed coffee and specialty teas with Luken & May deluxe cookies
Other technical facilities are available (at additional cost) including electronic whiteboard, data projector, lectern & hand held microphone, lapel or hand held microphone, TV and video, laser pointer, CD player (portable).

The Bradfield Rooms can be used together as one large room or split into two or three smaller individual rooms. Located on the ground floor the Bradfield Rooms offer a contemporary environment and lead to an outside terraced area.
