The North Sydney Harbourview Hotel is the ideal venue for your meeting, conference or special event. We cater for special celebrations, birthday parties, christenings, reunions, Christmas parties, Melbourne Cup lunches, product launches, and all other corporate and private events.

Our function rooms can accommodate for a small meeting of two, up to a conference for 200 delegates. Our Lavender Bay Rooms, which overlook Sydney’s magnificent harbour, are ideal for an intimate reception or private birthday function, while our Bradfield Rooms with an outdoor terrace area, offer a more contemporary style for larger gatherings.

You could also choose LB’s Harbourview Restaurant which features city and bridge views for an intimate lunch or dinner function.

Conference Day Package

$74.00 per person (based on minimum of 15 people)

Arrival Tea & Coffee

Morning Tea:
Freshly brewed coffee, specialty teas and orange juice served with Chef’s selection of pastries and seasonal fresh fruit.

Lunch:
A variety of lunch buffet menus are available.
Please discuss availability with your Events Sales Manager.

Afternoon Tea:
Freshly brewed coffee, specialty teas and soft drinks served with deluxe biscuits and seasonal fresh fruit.

Inclusions:

  • Main conference room hire from 08.00 – 17.00 hours
  • Selection of daily newspapers on arrival, upon request
  • Conference room set with note pads, pens, lollies and iced water
  • One whiteboard
  • One flipchart

Additional Audio Visual equipment is available upon request. Please discuss requirements and availability with your Events Sales Manager. Should the number of delegates fall below 15, a room hire charge will apply.

BRADFIELD ROOMS
The Bradfield Rooms can be used together as one large room or split into two or three smaller individual rooms. Located on the ground floor the Bradfield Rooms offer a contemporary environment and lead to an outside terraced area.
