Glenfiddich Culinary Challenge

As part of a culinary challenge and in honour of Glenfiddich still being family run, chefs from around Australia were asked to put together a dish which reflected a pioneering member of their own family and utilising an expression of Glenfiddich whisky as a central ingredient.

Many entered, but just six entrants remain…with our very own Chef Kim Shaw from the Harbourview in the running to win a trip to visit the Glenfiddich distillery in Scotland.

Chef Kim created his own dessert – the Highland Oat Shortbread and is now preparing for the grand final which is taking place on December 1st at Centennial Parklands Dining.

Guest will experience a unique six course degustation and will be given a Glenfiddich chip which they will put into the jar of the chef whose dish they enjoyed the most.  The chef with the most chips at the end of the night will win the trip to Scotland.

Our money is on Kim!
