Front Office Porter – Full Time

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing person to join our team in the role of a Full Time Front Office Porter.

We have many guests that call the North Sydney Harbourview Hotel their second home. We are looking for someone who is welcoming, friendly, has a good eye for detail and can communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  • Assisting guests with luggage
  • Arranging transport
  • Assisting with guest enquiries
  • Delivery of amenities


  • Be passionate about customer service;
  • Are well groomed and punctual;
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Can multi task, show initiative and think on your feet;
  • Work as part of a team;
  • Hold a current NSW drivers licence (manual preferred);
  • Are reliable and able to work a 7 day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays;
  • Are willing to go above and beyond the expectations of our guests.

Previous hospitality/customer service experience is desirable but not essential. On the job training will be provided.
