Best Rate Guarantee — Terms & Conditions
The View Hotels Best Rate Guarantee applies to direct bookings made through viewhotels.com.au only.
To submit a claim, the lower rate must be found and reported to us within 24 hours of completing your direct booking, and prior to the check-in date of your reservation.
The lower rate must be publicly available online at the time of your claim and must match all of the following conditions:
Same View Hotels property · Same room type and bed configuration · Same check-in and check-out dates · Same number of guests · Same cancellation and payment conditions · Same inclusions · Same currency
We reserve the right to verify the lower rate before honouring any claim. Rates that cannot be independently verified will not be eligible. A screenshot or direct link to the lower rate will be required at the time of your claim.
The guarantee does not apply to the following:
Rates requiring membership, login, or closed user group access · Corporate, government, employee, group, or negotiated contract rates · Wholesale, travel agent, or undisclosed rates · Package, bundled, or opaque rates where the room component cannot be separated · Rates found on metasearch engines displaying averaged or estimated nightly costs · Promotional codes or rates distributed through third-party loyalty programmes · Long-stay or extended stay rates of 30 nights or more
Rates displayed without taxes and fees, or shown as average daily rates across a stay, are not eligible for comparison.
View Hotels reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice. The guarantee applies to cash rate bookings only and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or member rates.
