Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is available at View Sydney, View Melbourne and View Brisbane.
  2. To qualify, a private event booking must be confirmed and the required deposit paid on or before 31 October 2026.
  3. A deposit of 50% of the contracted event value is required. A booking is considered deposited when cleared funds are received by the hotel.
  4. The offer applies to private event bookings only. It does not apply to Christmas Day dining, New Year’s Eve events, accommodation bookings, gift card purchases or any other ticketed or individually booked experience.
  5. Qualifying events must be held between 1 November 2026 and 31 January 2027 inclusive.
  6. A minimum of 20 guests is required to qualify for this offer. Individual properties may have additional minimum spend or guest requirements, which apply in addition and will be confirmed by the Conference and Events team at the time of booking.
  7. Qualifying bookings receive one glass of sparkling wine per guest, served on arrival.
  8. The sparkling variety is at the hotel’s discretion and is not exchangeable for any other beverage, product, service or cash value.
  9. The offer applies to guests in attendance on the day, up to the final confirmed guest number.
  10. Responsible service of alcohol applies. Service will not be provided to any person under 18 years of age or to any person deemed unduly intoxicated.
  11. Subject to availability. View Hotels reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
  12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or negotiated rate.
    Standard View Hotels event terms, including cancellation and deposit conditions, apply to all bookings.
