Harbour Views & Fireworks
Our Harbour View rooms and selected harbour-facing areas of the hotel offer views towards Sydney Harbour Bridge and the NYE fireworks. Deck 17 and LB’s Restaurant also provide spectacular harbour views.
While our Harbour View rooms offer views towards the Harbour Bridge, fireworks visibility cannot be guaranteed from every room due to individual room location and sightlines. Please reach out to our team if you have any specific requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Soiree
On NYE, Deck 17 operates as an exclusive, ticketed event and access is limited to guests holding a valid Soirée or a valid Dine ticket. You can book your tickets here for the Soirée or here for Dine.
Yes. Soirée tickets are sold separately from accommodation and are subject to availability.
The Soirée includes premium food and beverage offerings, entertainment and access to our spectacular Deck 17 viewing area for the NYE celebrations and fireworks.
No. The View Hotel NYE Soirée is an 18+ event.
Our Soirée is strictly 18+, while Dine welcomes families
The Soirée commences at approximately 6:30pm and runs through the midnight celebrations, concluding at 12:30am.
Deck 17 access is available for the duration of the ticketed event, with the event concluding shortly after the midnight celebrations.

Dine
Hotel guests may attend Dine with a valid reservation/ticket; staying at the hotel is not required to dine at the restaurant.
Your NYE dining booking includes access to the designated LB’s Dine experience, but also provide access to our Soirée on Deck 17.
Pricing for Dine is available on the LB’s NYE menu page, where you can view the current package and inclusions before booking.
Dine operates from approximately 6:30pm to 11:30pm
Dine LB’s restaurant access is available for the duration of your allocated dining experience, we invite you then to join Soiree for the rest of the View Hotel festivities.

NYE Fireworks & Event Information
Sydney’s NYE celebrations traditionally feature the 9:00pm and midnight fireworks, both of which can be enjoyed from our harbour-facing areas.
Due to the nature of NYE celebrations, all guests must follow the designated arrival and access procedures, with event tickets/reservations checked on arrival and security measures in place. We recommend arriving early and following any pre-event instructions provided by our team.
