Poolside delivers casual, popular pool style eats designed for the summer mood. The refreshed menu features duck spring rolls with plum sauce, double cheeseburgers with all the classic fixings, and crispy prawns with smoky chipotle. These dishes complement an atmosphere built for lounging under umbrellas, slipping between sun and shade, and enjoying the river views.
Drinks match the vibe: Aperol spritzes, cold beers and light summer cocktails flowing effortlessly from the bar. In partnership with Aperol, Poolside brings their signature orange shade and aperitivo energy to the deck — a relaxed, Mediterranean-style nod to summer nights.
