The lower rate must be publicly available online and lower than the rate booked on viewhotels.com.au at the time of confirmation.
The lower rate must match all of the following:
• Same View Hotels property
• Same room and bed type
• Same check-in and check-out dates
• Same number of guests
• Same cancellation, payment, and booking conditions
• Same currency
The lower rate must be available to the general public at the time of review.
The guarantee does not apply to:
• Rates requiring login or membership
• Closed user group rates, including loyalty programs, corporate rates, negotiated contracts, travel agent or wholesaler rates
• Group, government, employee, or industry rates
• Offline or unpublished rates
• Package rates or bundled offers
• Discounts for extended stays
• Negotiated long-stay rates of 30 nights or more
