For those who wish to host a small affair, or prefer a more intimate evening, the limited In-Room Valet package combines an iconic view of the sparks in the sky with four hours of libations and light bites. Exclusively from the Harbourview King suites, a dedicated host with full butler service will oversee a selection of hot and cold canapés upon arrival, a grazing board for all night snacking, and a comprehensive list of Australian and international beer, sparkling, red, and rose wine, house spirits and liqueurs with mixers, plus signature and classic cocktails.

This New Year’s Eve special is $350 in addition to the regular room rate and includes two people, though it can accommodate groups as large as six people, for $100 per additional guest.
